2 Basic information on data processing

Each time our website is called up, our system automatically collects data from the computer system of the calling computer. In the case of purely informational use of the website, we only collect the data that your browser transmits to our server. The following data is collected:

  • IP address
  • Information about the browser type and version used
  • Operating system of the user
  • Date and time of access
  • amount of data transferred in each case
  • Websites from which the user’s system accesses our Internet site
  • Websites that are called up by the user’s system via our website

The data is stored in the log files of our system. Not affected by this are the IP addresses of the user or other data that allow the data to be assigned to a user. A storage of this data together with other personal data of the user does not take place.

The legal basis for this data processing are overriding legitimate interests according to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f EU-DSGVO.

At BINDER GmbH, it is neither given nor intended to transfer your personal data to a third country or an international organization.


5 Duration of data storage

Your personal data will be stored for as long as knowledge of the data is required for the purposes for which it was collected, or for as long as there are legal or contractual retention obligations. 


6 Automated decision-making in individual cases (including profiling)

BINDER GmbH does not use any automated processing procedures, including profiling, to bring about a decision on the establishment and implementation of a contractual relationship (Art. 22 EU-DSGVO). Should we use these processes in individual cases, we will inform you of this separately, insofar as this is required by law.


7 Your data protection rights

Any person concerned by the data processing has the right to 

  • Information according to Art. 15 EU-DSGVO, 
  • Correction according to Art. 16 EU-DSGVO, 
  • Deletion according to Art. 17 EU-DSGVO, 
  • Restriction of processing according to Art. 18 EU-DSGVO and 
  • the right to data portability from Art. 20 EU-DSGVO. 

In addition, there is a right of appeal to a data protection supervisory authority pursuant to Art. 77 EU-DSGVO.

In principle, according to Art. 21 EU-DSGVO, there is a right to object to the processing of personal data by BINDER GmbH if this is necessary to protect legitimate interests. 

If you have given us your consent to the processing of your personal data, you have the right to revoke your consent with effect for the future in accordance with Art. 7 (3) EU-DSGVO. The lawfulness of the data processing carried out until the time of the revocation is given.

Our website contains web links to external websites of third parties over whose content we have no influence. These are external offers whose contents we expressly do not adopt as our own. The respective provider or operator of the sites is always responsible for the content of the linked sites. The linked websites were checked for possible legal violations at the time of linking. Illegal contents were not recognizable at the time of linking. We regularly check the contents of the websites we link to for legal violations. If we become aware of any legal violations, we will remove such links immediately.
