2 Basic information on data processing
Each time our website is called up, our system automatically collects data from the computer system of the calling computer. In the case of purely informational use of the website, we only collect the data that your browser transmits to our server. The following data is collected:
- IP address
- Information about the browser type and version used
- Operating system of the user
- Date and time of access
- amount of data transferred in each case
- Websites from which the user’s system accesses our Internet site
- Websites that are called up by the user’s system via our website
The data is stored in the log files of our system. Not affected by this are the IP addresses of the user or other data that allow the data to be assigned to a user. A storage of this data together with other personal data of the user does not take place.
The legal basis for this data processing are overriding legitimate interests according to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f EU-DSGVO.

BINDER GmbH does not use any automated processing procedures, including profiling, to bring about a decision on the establishment and implementation of a contractual relationship (Art. 22 EU-DSGVO). Should we use these processes in individual cases, we will inform you of this separately, insofar as this is required by law.

Any person concerned by the data processing has the right to
