Precision pressure regulators for corrosive media are mainly used where fluctuating pressures need to be equalized. A diaphragm is used to measure the pressure and compare it with the set point. The resulting forces are used to continuously and automatically readjust the seat of the valve.
Precision pressure regulators for corrosive media are mainly used where fluctuating pressures need to be equalized. With the aid of a diaphragm, the pressure is measured and compared with the set value (set value via spring or dome pressure). The resulting forces are used to continuously and automatically readjust the seat of the valve.
Typical versions for corrosive liquids are: pressure reducing regulator and the back pressure regulator.
Our precision pressure regulators for liquids are especially characterized by the fact that they meet application-specific requirements for the highest control quality in a compact size, media resistance (e.g. bioethanol, biomethanol, RME up to 100%, aggressive acids and alkalis) and admission pressure independency with deviations in a few millibar even under high load fluctuations especially good.
All products comply with the usual European standards such as the Pressure Equipment Directive and ATEX.
In addition to the typical American process connections NPT, ANSI etc., the European ones are also available. The requirements regarding corrosion and media resistance are met with different construction materials. An IP converter/ transducer can implement changing setting values in the controller accordingly.
